The Center For School Leadership ( CSL )

The Center For School Leadership ( CSL ) is a professional training institution registered in Albania. 

It is dedicated to enhancing the quality of education by strengthening the leadership and managerial capacities of school principals and aspiring leaders. Through comprehensive training programs, CSL focuses on developing effective school leaders who can positively impact the educational environment and drive improvements in student outcomes. 

The Center for School Leadership (CSL) offers a range of programs, including the Compulsory Training Program (CTP) for in-service principals, vice-principals, and aspiring principals, as well as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses. These programs cover various aspects of school leadership, from instructional leadership to administrative management, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to meet the challenges of modern education. 

In collaboration with educational institutions and stakeholders, CSL conducts research and develops policies aimed at improving school leadership standards in Albania. By fostering a community of well-prepared and motivated school leaders, CSL contributes to the overall enhancement of the educational system, striving to create schools with leaders who can effect positive change and elevate the quality of education nationwide.
