Center Of Leadership and Talent Development (CLTD) is a Professional training institution located in Saudi Arabia, and it’s a Subsidiary of : ( Qassim University ).
(CLTD) Provide developmental programs to assist in creating leaders for higher education institutions, administrators, and community leaders, and discover and develop the capabilities of leaders in Saudi universities through designing, implementing, and following up programs for preparing future leaders using the most effective tools in empowering leaders through training programs.
It develops the leadership and management skills of the university’s employees, including faculty members and the like, and employees. and it also provides training programs to develop university leaders who are on the job. and Providing programs to discover and prepare young university leaders (future leaders).
